WHY THIS EXISTS
Applying for work has become work of its own.
Relevant roles are fragmented across career sites. Candidate profiles are rebuilt from scratch. Screening questions repeat information already present in a resume. Tracking what happened after submit becomes another manual system.
OpenSpecAI starts with a simple idea: information a candidate has already supplied should be reusable, and routine application steps should be automatable when the candidate asks for it.
OUR APPROACH
One profile, explicit preferences, visible actions.
The intended workflow has three parts: gather roles into a normalized feed, score those roles against candidate-defined criteria, and use a secure browser worker to complete approved application steps. Candidates can choose review-first or automatic submission modes.
Automation should make a person more consistent—not make decisions invisible.
THE PRODUCT
Built around the whole application loop.
Discover
Bring fresh roles into one searchable, deduplicated feed.
Prepare
Map a reusable profile to each employer’s exact questions.
Track
Record every reviewed or submitted application with status details.
RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT
Accuracy and consent are product requirements.
Production automation should never invent credentials, conceal material actions, or submit information outside a user’s instructions. The current site is a static product preview; real service controls and security documentation must be completed before handling candidate data.
