1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website can ask a browser to store. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and software development kits. They can support essential functions, remember preferences, measure usage, or enable advertising.

2. Current OpenSpecAI use

The current static pages do not intentionally set first-party cookies or write booking-form data to local storage. The meeting form processes its values in the browser only long enough to render a dummy confirmation and then discards them when the page is refreshed or closed.

No analytics or advertising scripts are included in the site source. Because no optional cookies are set by OpenSpecAI, a cookie-consent banner is not currently displayed.

3. Hosting and network technologies

The intended host is Vercel. Hosting, content-delivery, fraud-prevention, or security infrastructure may process request metadata and may use its own strictly necessary mechanisms to deliver and protect the service. Those practices are controlled by the relevant provider and described in its own documentation.

Following a link to your email application or another external website leaves OpenSpecAI. The destination may set cookies under its own policy.

4. If cookie use changes

Before adding analytics, personalization, advertising, or other non-essential technologies, the site owner should:

• update this policy with the name, provider, purpose, duration, and category of each technology;
• implement consent controls where required;
• prevent optional technologies from loading before valid consent;
• provide an equally easy way to withdraw consent; and
• honor applicable browser and jurisdictional signals.

A production account service may also require essential session or security cookies. Those should be documented separately and limited to what is necessary.

5. Browser controls

Most browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies through privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies can prevent some services from working. Because this preview intentionally sets no OpenSpecAI cookies, clearing cookies should not affect its meeting demonstration.
