This is a transparent starter policy for the current static preview—not a substitute for advice from a qualified privacy professional. The site owner must add the operating entity, address, jurisdiction, subprocessors, production data flows, and applicable legal bases before launching a service that processes candidate data.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the website at openspecai.tech and the static pages linked from it. It does not yet describe a live job-application platform, authenticated user account, or production automation service.
“OpenSpecAI,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this website. The operator’s full legal identity and business address must be published before commercial launch.
2. Information handled by this website
Information you choose to provide
The contact links open your email application. If you send an email, your email provider transmits the details you include. Do not send passwords, government identifiers, financial information, or identity documents.
The meeting page is a demonstration. Its form is processed only in your browser to show a dummy confirmation; the submitted values are not sent to OpenSpecAI, saved to local storage, or used to create a calendar event.
Basic hosting information
When you request a page, the hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Vercel is the intended hosting provider; its own terms and privacy materials govern its processing.
Cookies and analytics
The current site does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, or preference cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
3. Future product data
The product preview depicts features that could require resume, profile, job-preference, application-answer, work-authorization, and submission-status data. Those features are not active on this static site.
Before such features launch, this policy must be updated to explain, at minimum: exactly what is collected; why it is used; whether AI providers or browser-automation vendors receive it; retention periods; cross-border transfers; user controls; security measures; and rights available under applicable law. Where required, users must receive notice and give appropriate consent before processing begins.
5. Retention
The dummy meeting form does not retain submitted values. Hosting providers may retain request or security logs under their own configurations and policies. Email correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, keep business records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations.
Production retention schedules have not been established and must be defined before candidate data is accepted.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.
To make a request about information provided by email, contact privacy@openspecai.tech. We may need to verify a request before acting. Because the meeting demonstration does not transmit its values, there is nothing for OpenSpecAI to retrieve from that form.
7. Security, children, and international access
Security
Reasonable website-level safeguards should be used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive data through the preview.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and the preview is intended for people old enough to seek employment and enter binding agreements in their jurisdiction.
International access
The website may be accessed globally and delivered by infrastructure in multiple locations. A production service must document relevant transfer mechanisms and data locations.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise this policy as the site develops. The effective date and version at the top will be updated when material changes are published.
